my only thought was that there was some module that was different between COMET and CometAnywhere when it comes to the ASCII characters less than SPACE in the ASCII table
like somehow something gets dropped in one situation and not the other.
Of course, I'd hope that we're using (FF), but just yesterday I saw something with a loop to put out a number of LFs and CR/LF combinations
As to the Dot Matrix printers.... I'm very interested as I've got a number to get running under Comet/2012 and CA myself
