1. Backup the Reporter files periodically. They should be on the daily backup. Right?
2. Run a hard copy list.
3. Use a utility like UNDELETE (Executive Software) on the server to create a super recycle bin from which you can recover any deleted file (any user, any program, any way). A life saver when a user calls and says "I printed all the month end reports to the spooler. They've disappeared. Can you help?"
