Not sure exactly what you're asking about. As far as I know the function list and indicator are stored in the InternetBasic.uew file. What is the date of your file? Mine is 11/29/2011 and I found it here:
C:\Program Files\IDM Computer Solutions\UltraEdit\wordfiles Since you're on Win 7 yours may be in a different place.
