Thanks for the hint.

On both the Host (64) and Guest (32), I have the C:\Program Files path. There'a a (x86) in the path of the 64 bit PC. Both had identical lists of uew files. But, InternetBasic.uew wasn't listed.

Went looking for it on the Guest and found it in C:\Users. Copied the file from Guest to Host and UE now fills out the Function List properly. See screen shot. Host uses AeroGlass. Guest uses "classic".
