I have an installation running many CometAnywhere sessions ( 20, just upgraded to 40 ) where some users get garbage printing a Windows laser form to their laserjet via # printing. Host running C2K11 .459 with /32 switch. I connect up to this host, print the form with redirection to my HP and I get a clean form. User in FL showroom connects to the same host, prints the same form and gets hieroglyphics. Question 1: I'm trying to install CometPDF on her machine so that I can see what's printing. Install does nothing in printers folder. Does CometPDF install on a 64-bit OS? Question 2: Remind me what's the drill for inspecting print jobs with COSP under Comet32? Thanks in advance, I'm connected & debugging now.
