Haven't done it. So my thoughts ..
1) See SESSION.IBS on DMW as a way of terminating all the CA guests.
2) See QMONITOR.IBS to see how QIPL0 works in shutting down the CA host and local users.
3) Write an IB program that fires off at H-hour and does 1 and 2
4) Use Windows Scheduler to restart the CA Host.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
