Sorted it out thanks.
Uninstalled and re-installed.
Ran CometUESetup.
Had to set up Comet toolbar and file associations.
Had to set up Internet Basic Developer in environments.
Should CometUESetup do this?
Anyway I had to load the Comet startup parameters and all was good.
Sometimes my brain hurts.
