UltraEdit 18.20 compiles

Windows 7 32bit, Comet465, UltraEdit 18.2.
Installed UltraEdit 18.2 on a new notebook.
I am having trouble compiling.
Toolbar and tools all displaying OK.
When I compile (in 16 or 32) it runs OK with no errors but I get no output in UltraEdit or capi and no updating of object.
I have InternetBasic stuff in
C:\Users\'user'\AppData\Roaming\IDMComp\UltraEdit
C:\Program Files\IDM Computer Solutions\UltraEdit
Have tested Command line in UltraEdit tool configuration with both of these settings. Same result with both.
Any ideas.
