Thanks to Jim at Signature for assitance in resolving this! A change to Emailptr eliminated a boundary and plaintext Content type that was forcing Emails being received in Outlook to only process text for the email body, HTML added to the email would only go on as an attachment. With the change of the content type to text/html, either content can be displayed in the body. Beware with Outlook on the HTML, Outlook demands in-line style as opposed to CSS references.
