I think this change to emailptr should be made permanent. Body text (those lines specified with the (Text=) mnemonic, are separated from the main email by a boundary that specifies the mime type of the text. The old specification was:

'Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii'

The new specification is:

'Content-type: text/html; charset=is0-8859-1'

You guys using emailptr should download the object from download/mailboxes and try it. If we don't hear any objections, the change will be in the next REL release.
