I do not understand your problem.
I have customer that still use band printers and it works fine.
Configure the printer in Windoze as a Generic Text Only printer.
Configure the same printer as a RAW printer in Comet
Et voilą !
That is also how I configure Zebra labels printers, I send ZPL II commands and don't want Windoze to mess up the settings (usually put the head too hot and melts the film).
I usually configure PCL compatible laser printers both in Windoze native mode and in :RAW mode for my few programs that still rely on PCL codes. I also upload PCL macros with graphics, forms and signatures to the printer which is so much more efficient and faster than anything Windoze can accomplish. It is actually fairly simple to convert a monochrome BMP picture/signature or pattern into a PCL macro.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
