I know you've been an XAP customer for many years so it's probably been a long time since you had to set it up. To run XAP you need:
1) An XAP license on your Security Server
2) A type 4 Gateway in your XAP Server's node configuration (GATEWAY = 4,0;)
3) XAPMON running on the XAP Server node
4) A Comet folder called XAP that's accessed in the first 50 DABs
5) Background partitions configured
6) Directory COS configured
