OK so the BIG difference is that now you are running this under Comet32. Just curious, have you tried running this new object under Comet16?

Also, the first part of your example looks to me to be wrong also. Just look at the column heading FORMAT. That eliminates any problem that might be caused by the data. The AMOUNT heading constant is supposed to be at position 68 relative to 0. I copied the output into UE and looked at it. AMOUNT is at position 69! The other heading constants are located properly in that first example. Very odd...

Were both examples printed on the same printer? You don't ever reSET the constants value, do you?
UPDATE: There's not a problem with AMOUNT. Now I see you have a space at the beginning of the constant.
