re-coded the offsets as hard constants
re-ran
got the same result

realised that I've been testing it under Comet16 since my TEST system was re-SYSGENned without DocMgr archives... gotta fix that soon

so the (good?) news is that I get the same result whether the offsets are "hard-coded" or "SET variables"

still can't "suss out" why there is a difference between printing the two different orders
