Guess if it ain't broke don't fix it. Should have stayed with my previous version that worked great. Maybe if I could get a copy of CometUESetup.exe that might help. It's not on Comet2012 anywhere or on previous versions I can find and not sure that would make it work. If you have had this problem for over a year there is a big problem somewhere.
