Since 3 weeks we received a TCP/IP Timoeout error on email process, 2 to 3 times a day.
In our email process, we always verify if all attach file are ready.
If yes we continue the process. If not we stop the process.
After analysed the EMAIL.LOG, this error allways appended at same place, see below:

Click OK to ignore.
Any ideas what can cause it?
Do you think by locate the attach file directly on the PC where the email process run can help or not?
