Straight Windows (CForm) printing to a CometAnywhere node is deadly slow. We've used two methods to get around this issue. First, code the form to print the form to a :RAW laser printer with PCL code. The second method is much preferred but requires a VPN to be in place. Configure an instance of the printer on the CometAnywhere Host and send the output to a standard TCP/IP port that references the internal IP address of the remote printer. It's not local speed, but it is nearly so and much, much faster than Windows printing to the remote printer.
