What version of Comet is the customer using.
Your upload appears to be the data portion of the file. If it's Keyed, can you also post the I00 portion. And, of course the Record and Key Lengths.
Unexpected EOF usually means some kind of corruption. It may require a rebuild.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
