I talked him through a keybild after he changed the file type from Keyed to Seq.
The key length was 39 and when he said that when he looked at the "same" file in another company, the key matched the first 39 bytes Keybild seemed feasible.
He seems happy.
He did mumble something about a local techie copying files around in Windows, so who know?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
