Another COS problem

I upgraded my system to the latest everything last week. Since then I have received a couple of error 83 messages for Qstart2. If I wait a while and let Comet clear out all of the tasks, it will come back OK or I can reboot my system and it resets then. It is interesting that COS seems to be at the center of the XAP problems I am experiencing also. Any correlation?
