Ok, I finally got the log file from IT. I don't have a screen capture of the error yet because the conference room PC isn't used that often and the laptop is on it's way out of the country for a couple of weeks. Again, this error occurs while processing not when it's sitting there doing nothing (at least that's what I'm told). I'll be there in 2 weeks so I cna see for myself what is going on.
