This log is curious. It shows them logging in once this afternoon. Then before that, once on Feb 19, then before that in October of 2011! This doesn't exactly convince me they have a chronic problem with this node (WHSB04) disconnecting. I'd like to help you with this but there's nothing in the logs to use. Let's try again when you're on site in 2 weeks.
