Microsoft Server 2003?

My client that is currently running on a wide area network running Novell and CometSrvNLM and is considering moving to a Microsoft Server 2003.

My question: Is there a problem running Comet in this environment. What issues will I have to deal with? What will the customer have to purchase from SigSys to do this conversion? ie: Converting from CometSrvNLM to CometServe32?

Any help will be appreciated.
