Hi Barbara,

The problem started when the client installed new Norton Anti Virus Definitions. The client halted Norton Anti Virus was up and running and the Comet Anywhere Host died. I dialog box suggested the error logs be reviewed.

I have attached the error logs.

The Comet Host was restarted and so far is still up.
I will schedule a Comet Upgrade first chance.
