It's getting the error trying to load Cos32.exe. Let's see the Comet.log. If we can't figure this out, we're going to have to ask that you get them up to date. It looks like they're running Comet 2011 vsn .460 which is almost a year old.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
