end user down with bizarre problems

My account Quadrille started having printing issues today. The issue started where one user could not print PO's which is a CForm. The problem progressed to all users. The server was rebooted and the problem persists. Users cannot even print text reports to the the HTML Printer LPH. Printing of any kind results in the node freezing up and Comet has to be closed. Closing Comet takes a god 15 seconds or so.

After rebooting the Server, Quadrille's IT guy Terry tried to launch Comet 32 on the Server. Comet 32 on the Server hosts over 40 Comet Anywhere Users. The Comet Splash Screen started up and then displayed the following error:

Any idea's.
"An error occurred trying to start Comet(2). Please make sure all Comet executables are in the initial directory".

Customer is running Comet Server DataBase and Security 11.4. Nodes are running. Comet version is Comet 32 .460/12.06.

Any help would be appreciated.
