Barbara -- that was one of the first things I did -- open the license file in a text editor and double checked the number of licenses.

Each time I attempted the license certificate update -- there are about 20-28 users logged in and we're licensed for 75.

The only product that seems to be maxed out is CometAnywhere -- there are 33 logged in and we're licensed for 33. However, I never had a problem updating the license even when the max users for CometAnywhere are logged in.

I guess I can re-attempt the license update late in the evening when no users are around and I can shut down the COMETAnyWhere Host.
