That is not the the problem.

I used GDI.IBS on DMW to run my tests and prove the Draw Image/Draw Bitmap does not work with Comet 2011, 2012 and 2013 on both the 16 and 32 bits version.

Still does not work. GDI.IBS works with Comet 2010 as far as I can tell.
