I would say perhaps a PAUSE (6), a third of a second? The email process itself is not quick, so the delay will hardly be noticeable. Is it possible to have that be something that can be set in EMAIL.INI? Default to 1/3 second if the entry is not there? I suspect you're right on this considering the fact that the pdf in the Document Manager comes out correctly.
