This looks like a race condition to me. I am just guessing, but perhaps PDFactory was too slow generating the last few lines of the file, and the email program processed the file before it was fully generated.

PDFactory gets a close call when your program closes the LUN. After that, the email printer gets a PostClose call. I could insert a pause() in emailptr before processing the PDF file. The question is how long should it pause?

Let me know what you think, and we can test this theory.
