Yes the variables are passed in order of declaration. So, all programs are compiled using Comet32. In that case, as long as the COMMONs match exactly, it should pass all variables. I'd take a very close look at the declaration of the first variable that's NOT passed. That's where Comet decided there may be a mismatch.

If you write 2 simple programs using the declarations from programs 3 & 4 can you reproduce this? That would help us figure it out.
