think the issue is in the KeyBld....
when I do it with QTILITY, it asks a question about "Extended Keys" with default of "N"
when I do it with CometEX, it doesn't ask a question and creates it as Keyed File, not Extended Keyed File.
I think I have a very dim memory that KeyBld used to create the file as Extended when the last field at the top right of the screen for the offset was filled in..... this time, I tried that and all it seemed to do was gray out the Build Key button.
tried a few different things, but nothing seemed to work to create the extended key file.
I'll have to check the dates on the BldKey because there's been a recent update to that....
