The problem is volume and time delay. The example that just came in today was sent out August 6th. By the time the recipient receives the email, notifies my account and they get around to notifying me at least a few days have gone by. I'm sure they're generating 500 emails a day at a minimum. I'll forward the email I got back from them, it doesn't show much.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
