PDF printers...>

I just tried out a different PDF printer ( PDF reDirect v2 ) and found that it failed as it is not ".... a compatible PDF printer". Are any PDF printers available other than pdfFactory, Adobe and Comet PDF? I am running into problems with pdfFactory that I can't resolve. pdfFactory support will only look into a problem that you can verify, re-create and isn't caused by using third-party software.
