I don't see why adding @0D0A@ to the end of the FORMAT wouldn't work. Just make sure you include those bytes in the count of bytes to be written.
Tom is correct about LSEEK. Use it to position 0 bytes from end-of-file.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
