I updated the user to Comet 2013. Did not fix the problem. However, they are running Win 7 64 bit mode.

Ran the same program on Win XP Pro and it worked correctly.

Going to try running the Win 7 machine in 32 bit mode and see if what happens.

Will update post afterwards.
