I had/have the same problem with NF&M. A laptop that disconnected was replaced and I have not heard of any further problems after that. The PC still drops for no reason. Either idle or in use. It's the only one that does it and it's local to the server with no VPN. Since it's in the conference room, and not used that often, no one is really complaining.
