Hi Barbara, there are several Comet Nodes experiencing this issue at the remote warehouse. When Comet disconnects there is no warning, it's just gone and the operator re-launches.

And yes, it always happens after a period of idle time.
What is interesting is they have two security dongles. One dongle is on the Comet Server and one is on a different server. We are in the process of combining onto a single Dongle.
