Is this the only user having this problem? When the disconnect happens were they actually using Comet or had it been sitting idle for a while? The reason I ask is because the file server appears to be on the same machine as the security server and I was wondering if the connection to the file server was lost as well. If they had been idle, maybe the NIC card has a power saving function that would automatically disconnect after some idle time.
