Customer RTMH just started running Comet over a VPN at their remote warehouse. Server is in LA Showroom, Comet is being run in North Hollywood Warehouse.
Several times/day Comet just disconnects. I'm sure the reason is because Comet is being run instead of Comet Anywhere. The server Comet is running on is also running Exchange, Domain Controller, Terminal Services and a few Virtual PC's and gets bogged down often.
The customers 'IT' guy e-mailed me the log of the Comet PC that disconnects (see attached, specifically "0:50:26 (12016) Security plug removal detected."
Is there a configuration setting that can be made so that Comet running remotely over a VPN will not disconnect?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
