It's trying to tell you there's something wrong with the .I00 or (one of the I0x files in the case of a multi-keyed file). It you want to pursue it further, the source for QTIL905 is in XTL. You can compile it and put in some debugging code for yourself if you like. It's QTIL905.ibs.
