Grant, After many years of pdfFactory providing a good, stable product, we started experiencing the same issue. We've used pdfFactory as the main engine for generating the pdf documents that are the basis for our Document-Imaging system. But starting either late last year or early this year we started getting these same errors. I've emailed back & forth with Fineprint. Initially they said that unless I could provide them with a means of replicating the problem, nothing could be done. Then they said that other users had reported the same problem and that they were working on a resolution. I finally got an email from tech support stating that they had found the bug and to download and install the current version. Funny thing is that the version number of the product on their website didn't change! In any case, I have tried downloading and installing the current version and am still encountering the problem. Our issue almost always occurred on long print jobs like customer month-end statements. So I figured that we don't have any choice, I'm now replacing all pdfFactory installations that report errors with Comet PDF.
