Additional information - I have bumped up the counts and restarted services. Users are logging in, it shows 22 or 23 so far. However, the CometServe File System shows 0 of 40 in use. Running 1201 services, Comet2013 .475 and 13.04 I have downloaded the 13 version of services and Comet .476, may install them tonight or early in the am.
