You should see evidence of the users logging in on both the File Server UI and the Security Server UI. The file server will say how many connections there currently are. The security server will say how many licenses are in use. Please tell me what each of the 2 UIs say. It could also be helpful to look at CSecSrv.log and CometSrv.log.
