Does the above syntax define a Windows selectable dot matrix (RAW) printer properly?

Answers to previous questions:
Yes, printer is listed in printers hyperlink.
When trying to print it just says it is off line (even though Windows test page can print to it).
Wondering if the above LP4 printers defination with "?" will resolve the issue of a long name.
Current comet.ini file is:
Printer = LP4,W,N,,\\STI-SERVER\OKIDATA ML 321 TURBO/D (IBM):RAW,,;
