I've run into the same PDF error. Turns out the PDF file is empty.

In my case, the user found some way to exit the program without any printing or the "print" went missing. Usually that results in no file and no index written to DocMgr. But, (SpoolMessage) seems to force the issue and you get a "bad" PDF in DocMgr.

Maybe a strategic PAUSE or two to allow CometPDF to finish the PDF before it gets overrun by the next invoice.
