I don't see an option to specify the location of the CosW.ini file. Are you trying to use the /CAPORT option? If so, the port has to be specified on both the client and host. And, yes, it's put into the CosW.ini file on the host but the host can only use 1 CA port so only 1 CosW.ini is required. If you wanted to use a different port you'd have to change the CosW.ini setting, as I understand it.
