Jim and I discussed this at length. Here's what we came up with:
1) Is it possible the Windows program associated with the PRINT function for .pdf has changed?
2) The alternative would be to ShellExecute the virtual printer program with "OPEN" action and pass the path to the .pdf as an argument.
3) You've had problems with FAX in the past and been advised it's time to convert to an email-to-fax service
