Tried to edit a number and append it to a string
PutFormat seems to have simply dropped it
Typically, use the user buffer (#) for this kind of thing.... maybe will edit using (#) to get a string and then use PutFormat
Can surely see why this is a case of "Boldly Going where Nobody else"...
