Yes/No. Radio Buttons

Starting to get into Win programming a little more. Using Visual Studio 2013, I'd like to put Yes/No options on my form. Are Radio buttons the best way? If so, how can I get multiple sets of radio buttons on the form? The Group control doesn't seem to work like the Group Container control, which isn't present when running DPBUILD first. I have 4 variables that are Yes/No, and I would like each to toggle Yes or No, but only between themselves - Not between all 8 radio buttons. Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome.
